These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 39bd ("39bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 39bd.io. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the 39bd website, mobile-browser application, betting services, casino games, promotions, and any other services offered under the 39bd brand.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 39bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed for any wagering activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 39bd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 39bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

39bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a request from 39bd.

Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if the closure is a direct result of the player's breach of these Terms. Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the 39bd support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player.

39bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 39bd will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 39bd platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised terms take effect.
